Why the FOOT-IQ Leadership Club Was Created
Many youth participate in sports, yet few programs intentionally teach leadership, communication, and decision-making.
These skills are often expected to develop naturally — but in reality, they require structure, guidance, and reflection.
The FOOT-IQ Leadership Club was created to offer a long-term, intentional space where youth can develop these skills progressively.

The FOOT-IQ Leadership Club is not a soccer club and not a performance-driven program.
Soccer is used as a learning environment to intentionally develop leadership behaviors.
