ABOUT FOOT-IQ
An educational initiative using sport as a tool to support youth development beyond the game.
FOOT-IQ was created to help young people grow as confident, thoughtful, and engaged individuals through intentional learning experiences

WHY FOOT-IQ EXISTS
Why FOOT-IQ Was Created
FOOT-IQ was created in response to a recurring observation:
many young people participate in sports, yet few programs intentionally support the development of leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
These human skills are often expected to develop naturally.
In reality, they require structure, guidance, and reflection.
FOOT-IQ exists to intentionally create learning environments where youth can develop these skills through experience.
OUR MISSION
Our mission is to support youth development
Our mission is to support youth development by creating structured, educational experiences that help young people:
Build confidence and self-awareness
Communicate effectively
Collaborate with others
Take responsibility and initiative
Develop leadership skills through action
FOOT-IQ aims to contribute to long-term personal growth, not short-term performance.

OUR VISION
We envision a future where youth development programs
FOOT-IQ envisions a future where youth development programs place human skills at the center of learning.
Our goal is to become a trusted educational partner for families, schools, and communities by offering programs that are intentional, inclusive, and impactful.
Growth will always be guided by purpose, not scale alone.

Inclusion and Respect
Every participant is welcomed and valued.
Growth Over Performance
Progress is measured by development, not competition.
Real-Life Application
Learning must transfer beyond the session.

OUR ROLE
Our Role in Youth Development
FOOT-IQ works alongside families, schools, and community organizations to complement existing educational and developmental efforts.
We do not replace academic or athletic programs. We provide an additional layer of support focused on the human skills that help youth succeed across environments.
Our role is to create safe, engaging spaces where youth can learn, reflect, and grow.
