FOOT-IQ uses soccer as a vehicle to develop confidence, communication, teamwork and leadership in youth. On the field and in life.

At FOOT-IQ, we use the world's game to help young people develop the confidence, leadership, communication, resilience, and teamwork they'll use for the rest of their lives.
Every session is intentionally designed to challenge players, encourage critical thinking, and create an environment where every child feels supported, included, and inspired to grow.
Because we believe success isn't measured only by goals scored.
It's measured by the confidence children gain, the friendships they build, and the character they develop.
What is FOOT-IQ?
FOOT-IQ is a youth development organization that combines soccer with life skills education.
Through engaging games, coaching, and team-based challenges, players improve both their soccer abilities and the essential skills needed for success in school, sports, and everyday life.

Why We Exist
FOOT-IQ was founded on a simple belief: when we invest in youth, communities grow stronger.
We saw an opportunity to combine the universal love of soccer with life skills education to help young people become confident, respectful and resilient — both on and off the field.
Today, we partner with schools, community organizations and families to create safe, inclusive environments where every child can learn, play and lead.

MEET OUR FOUNDER
Pepy Malonga
FOUNDER & PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Pepy is a passionate educator and soccer coach with more than 15 years of experience working with youth in schools and communities across Canada. His mission is to empower young people with the tools they need to succeed in life.
"Soccer opened doors for me. My goal is to open minds and hearts for the next generation."
